We are actively seeking an experienced Fuel Truck Operator at Synergen Construction, a Synergen Company.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to: 
  • Operate a vehicle and trailer between various job sites in a safe manner
  • Fuel and/or grease various types of heavy machinery according to company standards
  • Consistently communicate clearly and effectively with various construction sites
  • Maintain accurate records of products and services provided throughout the day
  • Submit daily reports which the company utilizes to make critical decisions and track the various usage trends among its machinery.
  • Use basic hand tools to aid in maintenance on equipment when necessary 

 A qualified applicant must posses the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 
  • Valid Chauffeurs Driver’s License or equivalent with acceptable driving record
  • Experience fueling and greasing machinery is preferred 
  • Experience working with or around heavy machinery
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication
  • Basic understanding of computers and ability to submit simple reports 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Exposure to various hydrocarbons including different types of fuel, grease, and oils
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high 
  • Work environment includes various schedules working outdoors in elements/weather
